to make the distribution package much smaller. Unused parts of the recorded
.wav files are replaced with silence, resulting in much higher compression
ratio of the distributed package. Unused .wav files are completely removed.
From the point of view of the end user there is no functional difference
between the voice-czech-ph and voice-czech-ph-lite packages. Only the voice
developers who would like to improve the voice by changing the source .wav data
of some diphones may need the full voice-czech-ph package.
