libtiff was originally debianized by Guy Maor <maor@debian.org> and
later maintained by Josip Rodin <joy-packages@debian.org>.  Jay
Berkenbilt <qjb@debian.org> repackaged it in conjunction with the
3.7.0 release and is now the primary maintainer.
