<title>Notifications et tiroir de messagerie</title>

  <title>Qu'est-ce qu'une notification ?</title>

  <p>Si une application ou un composant du système veut attirer votre attention, une notification s'affiche en haut de l'écran.</p>

  <p>For example, if you get a new chat message or a new email, you will get a
  notification informing you.</p>

  <p>Les autres notifications ont des boutons d'options sélectionnables. Pour fermer l'une de ces notifications sans sélectionner une de ses options, cliquez sur le bouton fermer.</p>

  <p>En cliquant sur fermer, certaines notifications disparaissent, tandis que d'autres (comme celles de Rythmbox ou d'applications de discussion) restent masquées dans le tiroir de messagerie.</p>

  <title>Le tiroir de messagerie</title>

  <p if:test="!platform:gnome-classic">Le tiroir de messagerie vous permet de récupérer vos notifications quand bon vous semble. Il apparaît lorsque vous cliquez sur l'horloge, ou lorsque vous appuyez sur <keyseq><key xref="keyboard-key-super">Logo</key><key>M</key></keyseq>. Il contient toutes les notifications sur lesquelles vous n'avez pas encore agi ou qui y résident en permanence.</p>

  <p if:test="platform:gnome-classic">Le tiroir de messagerie vous permet de récupérer vos notifications quand bon vous semble. Il apparaît lorsque vous déplacez votre souris dans le coin inférieur droit de l'écran, lorsque vous appuyez sur <keyseq><key xref="keyboard-key-super">Logo</key><key>M</key></keyseq>, ou encore en cliquant sur l'icône bleue qui apparaît à droite de la liste des fenêtres. Il contient toutes les notifications sur lesquelles vous n'avez pas encore agi ou qui y résident en permanence.</p>

  <p>Vous pouvez afficher les notifications en cliquant sur les éléments du tiroir de messagerie. Ce sont en général des messages envoyés par des applications. Néanmoins, les notifications de discussion reçoivent un traitement spécial et sont représentées par les contacts individuels qui vous ont envoyé les messages.</p>

  <p>Pour fermer le tiroir de messagerie, appuyez de nouveau sur <keyseq><key>Logo</key><key>M</key></keyseq> ou sur <key>Échap</key>.</p>

  <title>Masquage des notifications</title>

  <p>If you’re working on something and do not want to be bothered, you can
  switch off notifications.</p>

  still be available in the message tray when you display it (by clicking on
  the clock, or by pressing <keyseq><key>Super</key><key>M</key></keyseq>), and
  they will start popping up again when you switch the toggle to <gui>ON</gui>
  again.</p>

  <p>You can also disable or re-enable notifications for individual
  applications from the <gui>Notifications</gui> panel.</p>

  when your battery is critically low, will still pop up. Notifications will
  still be available in the message tray when you display it (by moving your mouse

  <key>M</key></keyseq>), and they will start popping up again when you switch the
  toggle to <gui>ON</gui> again.</p>
