<p>By default notes are discarded, unless <a class="el" href="namespacewreport_1_1notes.html#a4216a6a17fca1f386dcda712cd6f17c5" title="Set the target stream where the notes are sent. ">set_target()</a> is called or a <a class="el" href="structwreport_1_1notes_1_1Collect.html" title="RAII way to temporarily set a notes target. ">notes::Collect</a> object is instantiated to direct notes where needed. </p>
