Should fortunes be found in the main fortunes database which fail the
criteria found in the document /usr/share/doc/fortunes/Offensive, I will gladly
move them into the fortunes-off package given the following:
*) A bug is filed against the fortunes or fortunes-min package (depending
on which package the fortune happens to be in) stating:
* the fortune file in which the fortune appears (e.g. zippy, startrek)
* the text of the offensive fortune
